This paper presents configuration and major technical characteristics of electrochemical device for producing sodium hypochlorite on-site by electrolyzing salt solution flow in the cylinder electrochemical reaction chamber without membrane between electrodes, with capacity of active chlorine more than 2 kg/h was made. The main econotechnical parameters of this device are following: the capacity of active chlorine is 2.2 kg/h, active chlorine concentration of solution is 4.5-5 g/L, for producing 1 kg of active chlorine it consumes 4-4.5 kg salt and 5-5.5 kWh electricity.
